Exchange

Per usual, there will be a Game Exchange at BottosCon and BottosCon Spring, to allow attendees to buy, sell and/or swap games and accessories in their collections. Due to the limited amount of space, please try to limit yourself to 5 items or fewer so everyone has room to display their games. 

The process is pretty informal.  

• A set of Exchange Tables will be arranged together in one part of the hall for the duration of the convention

• If you have a game you want to put up for sell/swap:

  • Place your games/accessories on an Exchange Table

  • Indicate with your price and contact info

    • Either attach a Post-It note to individual items, or, if you have multiple items, attach a price list page with your stack of items

  • If you are not willing to negotiate or accept a trade, indicate the price is "FIRM" 

  • Remove any of your unsold items before you last depart the convention

• If you want to acquire a game...

  • Peruse the Exchange Tables for items in which you might be interested

  • Contact the seller and work out how to pay them

  • Collect your loot

• NOTE: Terms of all deals are to be handled directly between two parties.   The convention organizers are not involved.

ADVICE FROM ROB: Price your games to sell. If you are looking for collectors prices, this is not the right venue.

Our flea market table has always been on the honour system and we have never had a problem. The convention receives no financial benefit from the sales nor do we take responsibility for items for sale.
