Hotel Special Offer for BottosCon 2025 & BottosCon Spring 

Your best option for lodging is to stay at the Inn at the Quay, which is hosting the convention.  Less time "commuting", more time gaming.

To get the convention rate, YOU MUST CALL the hotel and state you are attending BottosCon: 604-520-1776 or 1-800-663-2001.  Hotel does not offer convention rates through 3rd party booking vendors. ***Please do not book through a 3rd party vendor, as the convention is responsible for selling 114 room nights.

The  convention room rate is good from November 5-10, 2025.

Convention rate is only good till September 29, so be sure to book your room early. 

Special BottosCon Rates for 2025 are :

• Single Queen $179 

• Single King $199 

• Queen + Queen $199

BottosCon Spring 2025 rates: 

• Single Queen  $249 + tax

• Single King/Double Queen $269 + tax

Rates for Spring Session are based on 1-2 people in a room, if 3 or more people in a room, the rate goes to $289 + tax. 

To receive this rate, you must call the hotel and tell them you are in town for BottosCon Spring session.
