Acceptable Behavior Policy

All attendees of BottosCon and BottosCon Spring must to agree to abide by the acceptable behavior policy below.  

Attendees shall recognize that their attendance privileges and those of their family members may be immediately revoked, without refund and with immediate expulsion from the convention, if they are found to have violated the standards of behavior described below. At its discretion, convention leadership may issue a life-time ban to individuals based on the severity of the violation.

HARASSMENT: BottosCon and BottosCon Spring are dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, gender identity or religion. Therefore, we do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. If an attendee witnesses such harassment they are expected to report it as quickly as reasonably possible to convention staff so that it can be addressed.

DISPUTES: We expect players to resolve disagreements in a peaceful and diplomatic manner. Yelling insults, physical altercations, destruction of property, table-flipping, and similar behaviour will not be tolerated.

CLOTHES: Required. Definition is pretty open, but should cover the usual bits.
